Lindsay has been a coach and personal trainer for over 15 years. She specializes in strength and nutrition coaching for anyone who wants to learn how to change their physique in a healthy and longterm way. Lindsay has worked at various fitness clubs throughout her career, including Equinox and Club One, was the Regional Director and Head Coach for Orangetheory Fitness San Francisco, and owned and operated her own private personal training and group fitness studio. She also worked as the program coordinator for San Francisco State University’s faculty and staff fitness and wellness program while she earned her Master’s Degree in Kinesiology. Lindsay was an NCAA cheerleader during her undergraduate program at UC Santa Barbara where she earned her BA in Psychology and a minor degree in Exercise Science with an triple emphasis in Exercise Health Science, Personal Training, and Group Fitness Instruction.
Lindsay now works primarily as on online fitness and lifestyle coach while she trains and competes as a nationally qualified National Physique Competitor. She wants to continue to grow her coaching business in the field of contest prep, hoping to help athletes train and compete in a healthy and safe way for their bodies.
Lindsay is also available for speaking and workshops on topics related to fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle change.
